Every cleanout is different — and so is every price. That’s why we provide a custom estimate for every job based on what you need hauled, how much there is, and the equipment required. We handle everything from single-item pickups to full-scale property cleanouts and light demolition. Big or small, we’ve got you covered.
Our jobs start at $100, depending on the size and scope of the project. That said, most cleanouts go beyond the minimum — but you'd be surprised how much we can haul at that entry-level price.
There’s no real upper limit. We’ve handled full estate cleanouts, multi-truck hauls, and extreme hoarder situations — and got them done. If you’ve got a massive mess, we’ve got the muscle. The bigger, the better.
For jobs over $500, we collect 50% upfront and the rest upon completion. You’ll always know the price and if a deposit is needed before we start. For smaller jobs, no deposit is required — you pay when the work is done. For jobs over $500, we require 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. You’ll always know the full price — and whether a deposit is needed — before we start. No surprises.
